The science of making things beautiful

Lucas Design is a brand backed by passionate production people with over 25 years of experience in advertising graphics and web. Over time, increasingly 'interesting' projects have passed through our hands. Initially, we liked the work only ourselves and the client. Then we realized that it wasn't enough. Something called marketing was missing. This science has connected content, form, packaging, and consumer and has shown us how important communicating the message is.

The identity

Another aspect of our work is approaching projects from the perspective of visual identity. Many companies, some over 30 years old, still have managers lacking vision who believe that name, quality, and price are sufficient. Today, when the competition for the same product is among dozens of suppliers, innovation and communication, alongside a well-thought-out strategy, are essential.
Branding is a complex and vital tool in managing a business's success. It affects all aspects related to demand, competition, trends, message, positioning, communication, and measurement, but also requires constant adjustment based on market signals.
Building a strong brand requires a well-thought-out strategy that captures the essence of the business and provides a memorable experience to the final consumer.

To ensure a product's success on the physical or virtual "shelf," the following steps are essential:
1. Conducting an audit of existing brands - assessing audience demographics, market trends, positioning and performance, comparing with competitors and consumer experience (UX design), identifying strengths and weaknesses, etc.
2. Market and competitor analysis - segmenting the population based on preferences, customs, culture, age, education, finances, values, religion, ethnic or social group affiliation, etc.
3. Crafting a unique identity - creating distinctive elements (name, graphics, color, style, fonts, imagery, message) that are original or inspired but not copied.
4. Communicating the brand to the target audience through various channels: packaging, website, social media, promotions, email campaigns, both externally and internally within the company.
5. Measuring brand effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics. Based on market feedback, adjustments are made to branding, communication strategies, and budget allocations.

Branding By The Book

Creating a brand 'by the book' that resonates with consumers largely depends on the design team's experience and the indicators listed earlier. There are many companies that, to reduce costs, rely on the creative imagination of a 'talented guy,' without any guarantee or measurement of the performance of the product on the store shelf. However, there are also companies that understand branding doesn't end with packaging the product in a beautiful box that no one buys. It's a continuous communication process that lasts between 5 and 7 years, with investments and sales increasing year by year. With these companies, which have visionary managers behind them, we prefer to work.

We change the way others see you

We help you highlight the advantages of your product and communicate to the audience exactly what they want to hear, see, and feel. We make your product attractive, desired, sought-after, and bought. At the same time, we assist you in planning and directing resources towards an interested target audience. We inform you about which products sell, where you stand in the market compared to the competition, demand, market size, and trends. We help you reduce production, sales, and marketing costs, so your business becomes profitable, sustainable, and predictable.
